Our concierge team can provide hands-on support with setup, guest experiences, timeline management, merchandise distribution, activity coordination, and host assistance.

For destination events, travel-related expenses—including airfare, hotel accommodations, airport transportation, transportation to and from event-related activities, parking, tolls, and venue-required access—are the client's responsibility. Concierge service fees are quoted separately based on the event's scope, location, and duration.
